Exploration to get the most out of your experience leading up to Ceremony. And//or support for integration as you step into this new way of being in the world after ceremony. Support for micro-dosing protocols. Combination of Modalities that may be included in session: cathartic movement practices, kundalini yoga, meditations, journalling and actionable homework.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule classes please email aloha@racheltarver.com. To honor both of our time, you must cancel within 48 hours of scheduled session to retain session//ability to reschedule. After 48 hours session will be lost. *For retreats: your deposit is non-refundable and due at the time of booking. Rescheduling may be possible but will depend on the vendors I partner with and is not guaranteed, Please connect with me for clarity around this should you need to cancel.
